I got in to wheelchair rugby after meeting a team member at a veteran’s coffee morning.

I was in a very low dark place after my wife passed away and the team here made me feel at home from day one.

I’ve been with the team for about three years and been playing in the main squad for a year. 

I’m now looking at getting my own chair so I can take my game to higher places.
